Invoices and receipts
We provide tools and integrations that allow you to issue invoices and manage sales records easily and in compliance with regulations.
1. Issuing invoices — who is responsible?
- Invoices are always issued by the seller.
- Easytools offers the Easybilling, which allows invoices to be issued on behalf of the seller — conveniently, automatically, and in full compliance.
2. Integrations with invoicing systems
Easytools provides native integrations with the most popular online invoicing platforms:
- Fakturownia
- iFirma
- wFirma
- Infakt
This way, invoices can be issued directly through Easytools — smoothly and without additional steps.
3. What about individual customers (B2C)?
- We do not provide tools or integrations for issuing receipts.
- For online sales, an individual customer receives a purchase confirmation, which is usually sufficient as proof of purchase.
- In the Reports tab, sellers can download a sales summary for individual customers and account for it, e.g. using a simplified sales record — without issuing invoices or receipts.
4. How does it work in practice?
B2B sale (company) → Invoice → You can issue it via Easybilling or through an integration with Fakturownia / iFirma / wFirma / Infakt B2C sale (individual) → Purchase confirmation → Automatic confirmation, plus the option to download a sales summary for accounting purposes
In all cases, sales documentation is available, and settlement can be done in line with local requirements.
