Referral tab for partners

The referral tab is a space dedicated to partners, enabling them to monitor their performance and track sales generated through their ref links.

To use the referral tab:

• Partner needs to have Easytools customer account.
• Seller needs to enable partner access to the referral tab.

Creating a Partner account

We automatically create a customer account for anyone who makes a purchase using Easycart. However, if your partner hasn’t used Easycart before, they can quickly register using this link.

After registration, they’ll be automatically directed to your customer portal.

Important: The referral tab won’t be available until the affiliate seller adds partner’s email address in their affiliate management dashboard.

For sellers: adding partners to the referral tab

To enable your partners to use the referral tab, edit their details by adding their email address (the one used to create their Easytools account).

Here’s how:

1. Go to Store ➔ Affiliates.
2. Add a new affiliate by clicking +New Affiliate.
3. Or click … next to the exisiting affiliate for whom you want to add an email address.
4. Provide the partner’s email in the Partner email at Easytools (optional) field.
5. Click Save.

Important: After clicking Save, you won’t be able to edit the partner’s email, so double-check the address.

For partners: accessing the referral tab

As a partner, access the Referral tab by logging into your Easytools account. When available, the Referral tab will be displayed on the menu on the left.

Important: If your customer account was created during the purchase process using one of our carts, you can find the login details in your email inbox or use a magic link.

Referral tab: partners list

After logging into the Easytools Customer panel, go to the Referral tab, and then to the Partners list.

You’ll see all your partners who added you as their affiliate, along with a detailed recap of the number of purchases, conversion, and commission amount for each partnership.

You can also filter the list or search for a specific partner and download the partner list by clicking Download CSV.

Referral tab: transactions

To see details of each specific transaction generated by your ref link, go to Referrals and switch to the Transactions tab.

Here, you’ll find details of each partner transaction, including:

• Transaction ID
• Date
• Partner
• Product
• Commission %
• Commission amount to be paid out

You can download a file with all this data by clicking +Download CSV.
